Registration has started at 16 July 2023. Please make sure to register as soon as possible, because the total number of participants is limited and registrations are accepted first-come-first served! The registration process is handeled on behalf of the host organising committee by Vienna Medical Academy, an organisation specialised in management of medical congresses and societies.

  • Terms of Cancellation:
    Cancellation until 12 February 2024: full refund
    Cancellation until 12 March 2024: 50% refund
    Cancellation later than 13 March 2024: no refund
    If you cannot attend the Forum yourself, you can change the name of your registration free of charge until 5 April 2024.
