Family Friendly Event
It is important to us that our Forum will be a family friendly event. As young family doctors we are in a phase of our lives, where many of us start having children. Not everyone wants or has the possibility to leave their kids at home, so we want to welcome your whole family to our conference.
We will provide a family room with space for playing, breast or bottle feeding or just relaxing. To make sure that everything you need is there, please let us know if you want to bring your child via e-mail to eyfdm2024@wma.co.at with following information:
Number and age of children
Do you bring your partner or other caregiver to watch your child? If yes, name of the accompanying person.
Any special wishes?
We can’t provide a babysitter service for the conference but bringing an accompanying person (e.g. partner, grandparent, friends, ...) to watch your child is free. Accompanying persons will have access to the family room and the buffet area only.

We would recommend the A&O Hostel. This hostel ist quite cheap and you can reach the Conference Venue easily using the Subway Line 1.

Schönbrunn Zoo:
The Schönbrunn Zoo is the oldest Zoo in the World and you can see more than 650 animal species there.
Children's Museum Schönbrunn
In
the Schönbrunn Palace Children’s Museum you can discover a whole lot of
interesting things about the everyday life of the imperial family
Aqua Terra Zoo
In 11 floors you can admire over 10000 animals like sharks, turtles on water, lizards, snakes, fish, birds and monkeys.
Prater
The
Prater is a huge amusement park. You find the Giant Ferris Wheel there
as well as many attractions such as carousels, halls of mirrors and
laughter, ghost trains and rollercoasters.
Donaupark
The
Donaupark is one of the largest recreation areas in Vienna and located
close to the conference venue. There you can find playgrounds, the
Donauparkbahn Liliputbahn (a mini Tram) and the famous Vienna Danube
Tower (Donauturm) from where you have a great view over the city.
