SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission

Do you want to get involved and present your topic or work with a group for a workshop? You are very much welcome! We suggest starting work in our Whatsapp group chat. (This group chat is exclusively to discuss workshops/abstracts!) We try to form all ideas there and work them out in separated groups. But you can of course also submit an idea on your own. Next thing to do then is to submit your abstract on the Oxfordabstracts Platform. We (the Scientific Committee) then will discuss all abstracts and decide which abstracts will be accepted. We expect to be done with that in january 2024. Just to make sure, we want to emphasize, that the registration to the forum is not connected to the submission! So therefor please do not forget to register to the forum as well.

Update: After the extended deadline (14 december 2023) abstract submission is closed now. The scientific committee will evaluate all the abstracts and until 28 January 2024 we will let you know, if your abstract is accepted.

Possible abstracts can be applying for three different slots. We do provide slots for workshops for group work (small to large 5-40 people) depending on the idea, als well as lectures for an even bigger audience up to 200 people and as well oral presentations wich then will be formed together in symposiums of similar topics. Down here we formulated an overview on the different categories:
